The pool guy who actually picks up.

"My pool pump broke back on 10/1. I reached out to several places, none of which apparently had time for me, since they didn't bother returning my calls. In Miami, a failed pool pump quickly turns your pool water. Finally I found JB Pool and SPA. I called and spoke with Jose on Monday 10/5. He was very nice and immediately asked me for pictures of my pump. I conveniently texted him the images. On the same call, within minutes, he quoted me a fair price. He was not able to come same day, however he committed to next day Tuesday 10/6 at 11am. He arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. He had all the parts and tools needed for the job. He was very polite and friendly. Jose really took his time to replace the pump. Even when things got a little complicated, it was clear he really knew his trade and perfectly replaced my existing motor. As an added bonus, Jose advise of the chemicals and quantity I needed to restore my pool water. As you can see from the pictures, the very next day my pool was back to life. It's hard to find companies like JB Pool and workers like Jose. I'd recommend his service to anyone and will be calling him back for future needs. Thanks for saving my pool!"

"Jose and his team are very professional and outgoing. They have patience and listen to your concerns and give honest advice. They came to my home to perform an acid wash due to sever staining and the pool plaster came out great! While doing an inspection he noticed that the my salt chlorinator was installed improperly along with a 3 way valve. He was able to repair it during the same visit. "Jose and his team were awesome. Getting my pool resurfaced by them was a great decision. I made this decision after I saw my neighbors pool which they did an awesome job on. Took 2 days to drain, take out bad surfaces and add a bonding coat. One day after the hurricane passed and they completed the final coat. Pool is filling up now and we are already living our deeper blue pool. Pricing was also very good."
